Oh my, I loved this! I think it would have been super helpful in my work life, but now I’m retired, I’m much more easily in control of me. Even now though, as I’m writing my book, I have still relied on a massively messy mind map to cross ref things that connect, which a list would absolutely not allow me to do. Thanks for this and keep bubbling and stamping ❤️
I don’t have a day job any more either (thanks to getting older) - I still need it, I can get away with a much smaller workbook for the weekly spread now!
I LOVE this idea, and must start doing it myself. I am a list maker, and always have several lists going for different tasks (work, shopping, university, Substack, etc.) but I have this low level panic that I will forget something, or get anxious when the lists are too long.
The fact that everything fits in a page and is organized by importance is genius. Now I am excited to buy a new notebook 😄
Ooh I like the sector idea …. I put down about three things a day in my weekly plan and then colour code the squares around then based on what area they cover (house, writing, art, volunteer work etc) so not circles but coloured boxes and I’ve been known to list the smaller tasks within. The size is less importance and more how much time I think the task will take.
LOVE THIS! going to try it immediately - this feels so much better than pages of long written lists, which make me sad and anxious x
yes, please avoid sad and anxious!

Sounds like you might need a large size workbook to keep all those roles in! You’ve got a lot to work with there
This is very good
Thank you!
i love the stamp! i write lists in pencil then cross out using a coloured sharpie and a big ✔️
It is wonderful to celebrate with joy!
